Lisa van Capelle, Human Capital Advisor, LvC Associates LLC
Previously the CHRO at Syneos Health, Lisa brings a wealth of experience in large scale organisational growth, vision and leading a people first culture. Lisa brings 30 years of global HR experience to the board and helps influence the cornerstone meetings that she was previously plugged into as a life sciences member.

Angela Lane, Vice President - Global Talent, AbbVie
Angela has been the CHRO of AbbVie for over 10 years and not only brings multi-continent, multi-industry experience in senior HRBP and COE roles in a range of environments (start-up, turn-around, high growth, mature industry, developing market), but Angela also contributes and practices as an HR thought leader through academic/conceptual writing in many HR journals, professional training and educational curricula.

Aaron Falcione, Chief Human Resources Officer, Organon
Aaron joins the board as the CHRO of Organon which branched out from Merck as a new organization. He’s had first hand experience in M&As and brings first hand experience of focussing creating a deliberate ‘culture-first’ mindset from day one to ensure each employee felt the sense of belonging and embraced the company values.

Andy Porter Leadership Coach and HR Advisor, Andy Porter Leadership Coaching
Andy has been in biotech for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experiences from organizations small and large. He’s led HR at the BROAD and (more recently) Relay Therapeutics and has now moved into his own leadership coaching and consulting role where he specializes in supporting the next generation of HR leaders and accelerating the rapid scaling of small biotechs.

Ross Grossman, former CHRO, Regeneron
Ross served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals for over 10 years and saw the organization expand over ten times as it released four new drugs and became ranked by Science Magazine as the #1 biopharmaceutical employer in the world for multiple years. Ross now consults organizations undergoing significant growth and/or commercialization and always shared the boards’ passion for culture-first prioritization.
