Meet the LEAP CHRO Searchlight cohort of Strategic Advisors
The LEAP CHRO Searchlight network allows members access to diverse thinkers that have experienced various business critical challenges to share successes and co-create a actionable roadmap for any biopharma organization to follow.
To assist this goal, we are thrilled to introduce you to the network’s cohort of strategic advisors. Each bringing first-hand expertise in leading organizations through times of change, growth and instability.

Aaron joins the board as the CHRO of Organon which branched out from Merck as a new organization. He’s had first hand experience in M&As and brings first hand experience of focussing creating a deliberate ‘culture-first’ mindset from day one to ensure each employee felt the sense of belonging and embraced the company values.
Andy has been in biotech for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experiences from organizations small and large. He’s led HR at the BROAD and (more recently) Relay Therapeutics and has now moved into his own leadership coaching and consulting role where he specializes in supporting the next generation of HR leaders and accelerating the rapid scaling of small biotechs.

Ross now consults organizations undergoing significant growth and/or commercialization and always shared the boards’ passion for culture-first prioritization.
