Linda Arsenault is Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc., a global biopharmaceutical company focused on the innovative application of science and medicine to help people with serious medical conditions. She is a member of the Sunovion Executive Leadership Team.

Ms. Arsenault defines and implements Human Resources (HR) strategies tied to organizational performance. She oversees all aspects of HR: Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Organization & Leadership Development, HR Business Partners and Diversity & Inclusion, as well as Facilities/Corporate Services and Travel/Meeting Planning. Ms. Arsenault has spearheaded the company’s Leadership Development and Inclusion initiatives focused on advancing the culture, enhancing employee experience and bringing greater impact to the organization and value to its stakeholders.

Ms. Arsenault joined the company in 2010 and has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across the biopharmaceutical, health care and technology industries. Prior to Sunovion, she served in HR leadership roles at Genzyme, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Hewlett-Packard.

Ms. Arsenault holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Lesley University and a Master of Education degree from Boston University
