Carla Poulson has worked in all facets of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and L&D throughout her career. She recently returned to Boston, MA from London, UK where she led the International HR Team at Vertex and helped to set up their International footprint across Europe. This expatriate experience was one of the most powerful in her professional career as she experienced first-hand that real personal and professional growth comes from being open to new experiences and stepping outside of your comfort zone.
